Whilst we are unable to offer refunds, we will exchange any faulty products returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Care Instructions

We recommend using a quality whiteboard cleaner to keep your product looking beautiful year after year! Spray onto a microfibre cloth and then gently wipe the surface until clean. You can also use alcohol-free wet wipes to clean mistakes plus a microfibre cloth to buff before re-writing.
