You are allowed to view the website and its contents using your web browser and to print or electronically copy parts of the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
We will never (without knowing) send or deliver any electronic messages to you without your consent.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION
Life With Elizabeth Rose reserves the right to accept or reject any order from you at any time and for any reason. If we reject your order, we will notify you via email within five (5) business days of placing the order. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of the decline of an order. If the payment for the goods has already been processed and we reject the order, we will refund the payment within five (5) business days. The processing time for the refund will be determined by your financial institution and Life With Elizabeth Rose will not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury incurred as a result of any delay in processing the refund.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
The cost of goods is stated on the website, and you agree to pay for the goods at the time of placing an order. All prices of goods and associated fees and charges are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The prices of goods on the website may be subject to change without notice. You can pay for an accepted order using any of the following payment methods:
- Debit Card
You will receive a Tax Invoice via email once payment for your order is processed. Payment for goods must be cleared in full before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. If the payment cannot be processed, the order will be rejected, and you will be notified via email.
7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Life With Elizabeth Rose can deliver your order to your home or work address within Australia, as well as to Australian Post Office Boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but it can take up to 10 business days after placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation call or email. For international customers, please contact us directly as shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. All our goods parcels require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorized person at the delivery address to sign for the goods parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card, and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect.
It is acknowledged that Life With Elizabeth Rose cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time period, and estimated delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Life With Elizabeth Rose will not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party may incur as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
